Travel Agents Just prior to the Boeing 737-800 aircraft order, SpaceJet had been known as Royal Airways. Before it became Royal Airways, the company was called Modiluft, a carrier that discontinued operations many years ago, according to a report by India press.

Discount Airfares SpiceJet is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and required notification to the exchange of its Boeing airplane order with plans to begin service in May through a three-airplane lease package from Boeing for its 737-800 aircraft. Under terms of the Boeing deal, the aircraft manufacturer will begin delivering the new airplanes in January 2006 and complete the order in 2008.
